VALENTY-RUSSELL OFFER GLEASONMACHINE COUNTY INSURANCE IF THEY ARE LOW BIDDER IN A FAIR AND OPEN PROCESS

Patriots, we know  this offer can potentially put thousands of dollars in the GleasonMachine's pocket based upon their earn out agreement  with Chicago-based Gallagher Corporation.  However, these two courageous Patriots are interested in doing what is best by the taxpayers of Cambria County.  IF the GleasonMachine can save the County money in an open-bidding process then bring it on and quite frankly, we Patriots don't care how much help they get from Chicago.
