PATRIOTS, we hear former Wissinger finance director, Linda DiCarlo, is warming up to return again as County Finance Director, should the Gleason Butt Boys, Wissinger and Professor Triple-Dipper Legenfelder prevail in November.   The charming,  beautiful and creative Ms. DiCarlo will bring back her own unique brand of municipal finance to Cambria County.  Patriots, we need more information on Ms. DiCarlo and the former Wissinger  administration's fiscal management.   As Col. Bill Russell has stated: "We PATRIOTS are nothing without solid political principles and without solid actionable Intel."
