Russell and Feisty Senior Sam Valenty take control in November, who will be the minority Commissioner?   This is an interesting question, but an irrelevant question.  Whoever sits in the minority seat,   will be totally powerless and our courageous reformers have committed to tune out the Background noise whether it comes from a Buttboy or a Dem.  Don't fear WHITE NOISE-just ignore it.
