VALENTY INTERVIEW Part 4

Over his Sunday Pasta, we asked Mr. Valenty what he thought of Mr. Wissinger.  He said Mr. Wissinger was a very nice man.  He would hire him as a marketing guy, as a coach of their company sponsored baseball team but never to run his business or be County Commissioner.  WE showed  Feisty Senior Sam a bio of Mr. Wissinger that the GleasonMachine has been passing around.  Valenty laughed and said it was like the TWILIGHT ZONE  show.  Mr. Wissinger's disastrous years as County Commissioner just plain vanished. The Bio describes former Commissioner Wissinger as a problem solver and he just laughed and said that CREATIVE ACCOUNTING was how Wissinger liked to solve municipal fiscal issues.  Feisty Senior Sam believes that even the ROBO Calls and expensive puff pieces from the PAGOP will not  make anyone in Cambria County believe that Wissinger could ever be an effective Commissioner, Mr. Wissinger had his chance and we taxpayers paid dearly for Wissinger's  call to public service.
